Our coffee is crafted by nearly 3,000 smallholder family farmers who deliver ripe cherries to the Tracon washing station, established in 2021. Here, traditional natural processing methods are employed: whole cherries are sun-dried on raised beds, ensuring a silky mouthfeel and vibrant flavors. In the cup, you can expect delightful notes of caramel, mango, and stone fruit.
